After a week at the lake this is our cumulative catch...

... and these are the resulting filets:
A far cry from the
bounty we pulled from the lake in the spring. I guess we are reverting to the mean. If we are going to make a meal out of this, we are gong to need a large side of rice.

| Saute onion, garlic, tarragon & parsley w white wine |
